NBU is governed by a five-member board appointed by the mayor and city council. To better represent the service area, director positions are held by customers who reside in Bay Minette, Stockton and Stapleton. BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE

NBU's Board of Directors meets in the T.W. Mitchell Board Room at 25 Hand Avenue on the last Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted. For specific dates and time, please see our official "Meeting Dates."

BECOME A BOARD OF DIRECTOR

Each term is six years long (except the citizen-elected mayoral position) and may be reappointed for one additional term. NBU does not currently have a board vacancy but always accepts applications from those who would like to be considered in the future.
