Due to the successful migration of all former Whitehouse Fork Water System (WHWS) customers to North Baldwin Utilities (NBU), the previously used Pay-N-Seconds link has been removed from our website. Payments through this system will no longer be available. New bills will be issued within the next day or two, providing you with your new customer numbers and PINs to log in to the NBU portal.
