ONLINE: Pay 24/7 with a card or ACH (eCheck) through PayNSeconds, a third party payment processor specializing in secure bill payments. Select PAY ONLINE from the "PAYMENTS" page and be directed to PayNSeconds. First-time users will need to register for an account. Both Customer# and PIN from billing statement will be needed when registering. For multiple NBU accounts, PayNSeconds allows for additions under your main account.

Your online account now has the option to receive text message reminders which provides a secure link to pay your bill from a texted payment link. Simply log into your account and select to opt-in to text billing. 

DRAFT: Pay with monthly electronic draft using your checking account. For your convenience, you will still receive an automatically generated statement each month. Print, complete and return a Debit Authorization Form  found on the PAYMENTS page to get this service started.

IN-PERSON: In-person cash, checks, money orders and credit / debit cards accepted.
