Announcing New Office Hours Starting September 24, 2025

North Baldwin Utilities (NBU) announces new customer service office hours effective September 24, 2025. Offices will be open Monday through Thursday from 7:30A to 5:00P, providing extended daily service to our customers.

This schedule adjustment aligns with NBU’s transition to a four-day employee workweek, designed to support staff retention and satisfaction without significant rate increases.

“NBU continually seeks ways to enhance convenience for our customers,” said Jason M. Padgett, CEO. “This new schedule provides expanded daily hours and maintains service availability, even on some holidays previously observed by NBU.”
